Welcome to your new phone system.
This goes with the “Your new phone system account” email you received, the one with your login username, extension, direct number, and a link to finish setting up your account. Here’s everything to get going.

Sign in to manage your extension, voicemail, greetings, and status. Use the username and password from your TVC welcome email.

Make and receive calls right from your computer. Log into the portal, choose APPS then WebPhone, and optionally SETTINGS then INSTALL PWA to add it as a desktop app.
