An Edge Fax ATA connects directly to a physical fax machine, so incoming faxes can land by email, fax portal, Edge portal, a physical machine, SMS, or any combination of these, per number or per user.

Built to outgrow legacy cloud fax
Plenty of “cloud fax” is really an old fax server with an email address bolted on. Edge Fax is built as part of Phoneware Edge, with an open API and delivery options legacy platforms were never designed for.
