Phoneware Network Impairment 2025-10-22 – RESOLVED

On October 22 at approximately 8AM, we became aware of an impairment on the Metaswitch platform of the Phoneware VoIP Network. This is one of multiple VoIP platforms we use, and the impact is only to the customers on that platform. The issue is impacting incoming calls as well as access to the web portal and to the softphone app MaX UC.  Our Metaswitch service provider is actively working on this issue and it is top priority.
