Welcome to your new phone system.

This goes with the “Your new phone system account” email you received, the one with your login username, extension, direct number, and a link to finish setting up your account. Here’s everything to get going.

Sign in to manage your extension, voicemail, greetings, and status. Use the username and password from your Phoneware welcome email.

WebPhone (browser softphone)

Make and receive calls right from your computer. Log into the portal, choose APPS then WebPhone, and optionally SETTINGS then INSTALL PWA to add it as a desktop app.

SNAP Mobile app

Turn your cell into your office phone (iOS & Android). Sign in with your portal username and password; when it asks for a HostID, use the one in your welcome email.
