Send welcome emails to users on Phoneware Edge

The new user welcome email is typically sent to all new users. It gives them the ability to set their password and voicemail PIN. The password logs into the Edge portal as well as the SNAP Mobile app. The welcome email also provides access to the Edge portal, support info such as user guides and training videos, and links with QR codes to install the SNAP Mobile app for iPhone and Android.

Users with Office Manager or Site Manager scope can send welcome emails to individual users or to groups of users.

Send to an individual user

1. Open the Edge portal at edge.phoneware.cloud and log in with your credentials.
2. Click the Users button on the top menu.
3. Select the user by clicking their name, or search for them and then click their name. The user detail page opens.
4. Click Advanced.
5. Click the Send Welcome Email button.

Send to multiple users

1. Open the Edge portal at edge.phoneware.cloud and log in with your credentials.
2. Click the Users button on the top menu.
3. Check the box to the left of each user you’d like to receive the welcome email, or click the box at the top to select all users.
4. Click the Bulk Action button.
5. Click the Send Welcome Email circle, then click the Complete Action button.
