Program busy-lamp and speed-dial keys on Phoneware Edge

The side keys on your Yealink phone can monitor coworkers and speed-dial numbers.

From the Phoneware Edge portal

1. Sign in at edge.phoneware.cloud and open Phones (or your device settings).
2. Choose the phone and the key you want to set, then pick:
   • Busy Lamp Field (BLF), monitor a coworker’s extension (the light shows when they’re on a call, and you can pick up or transfer to them in one press).
   • Speed Dial, one-press dialing of any number.
3. Save. The phone updates the next time it checks in (or after a quick reboot).
