Add and import contacts on Phoneware Edge

1. Sign in at edge.phoneware.cloud and open the Contacts tab.
2. Select Add Contact to enter a name and number, or Import to bring in a list (for example a CSV export from your email or CRM).
3. Saved contacts show their name on incoming calls, appear in the WebPhone and mobile app, and can be dialed with a click.

Your coworkers already appear automatically in the shared company directory, contacts are for the outside people you call often.
