Change the ring tone on your Yealink phone (Phoneware Edge)

  1. On your Yealink phone, press Menu.
  2. Go to Settings then Basic Settings then Sound then Ring Tones.
  3. Scroll through the tones (press the tone to preview it), highlight the one you want, and press Save.

You can also set a distinct ring tone per line or per account if you handle more than one number. Want a specific tone pushed to a whole team? Phoneware can set that centrally.
