Get voicemail-to-email (and transcription) on Phoneware Edge

Phoneware Edge can email you a copy of every new voicemail so you never miss one.

1. Sign in at edge.phoneware.cloud and open the Messages tab.
2. Open Settings (the gear), then find the voicemail / email notification options.
3. Choose how you want new messages delivered:
   • Email a copy of the voicemail with the audio attached.
   • Email with transcription, so you get the message as text plus the audio.
   • Optionally have the message deleted from the phone after it is emailed, so your mailbox stays clean.
4. Confirm the email address on file is correct, then save.

If you do not see these options, your administrator or Phoneware support can enable them for you.
