Unlock a locked-out user on Phoneware Edge

After several failed sign-in attempts a user can be temporarily locked out. To clear it:

  1. Sign in at edge.phoneware.cloud as an administrator and open Users in the Manage area.
  2. Open the affected user and look for a locked indicator.
  3. Select Unlock, and reset their password if they’ve forgotten it (see reset a user’s password).

Lockouts usually clear on their own after a short wait. If a user is stuck, unlock them here or contact Phoneware support.
