Transfer a call on Phoneware Edge

You can transfer a live call two ways.

Blind transfer (send it straight through)

1. During the call, press Transfer (or the B-Transfer softkey).
2. Dial the extension or number you’re sending the call to.
3. Press Transfer again (or B-Transfer) to complete. The call leaves your phone immediately.

Attended transfer (announce it first)

1. During the call, press Transfer.
2. Dial the extension and wait for them to answer, then let them know who’s calling.
3. Press Transfer again to connect the two parties. If they don’t want the call, press Cancel/EndCall and pick your original caller back up.

In the WebPhone, use the Transfer button and choose blind or attended the same way.
