Set up the SNAP Mobile app on Phoneware Edge

SNAP Mobile turns your personal phone into your office extension, make and take business calls, see messages and coworker status, all from your own number.

1. Install SNAP Mobile from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and sign in with your portal username and password (the same ones you use at edge.phoneware.cloud).
3. When it asks for a HostID, enter the host ID from your “Your new phone system account” welcome email.

Now your cell rings for your extension, and calls you place show your business number, not your personal one. Lost your HostID? Ask Phoneware and we’ll resend it.
