Sign in to your Phoneware Edge portal

Phoneware Edge gives you a web portal to manage your phone service. Here is how to get in.

1. In a browser, go to edge.phoneware.cloud.
2. Enter your login name and password. Your login name and a link to set your password were included in your “Your new phone system account” welcome email. Your login name is usually your extension or direct number.
3. Select Sign In.

Once you are in:

• As a user, you land on your own portal, where you can play voicemail, record greetings, set up call forwarding and simultaneous ring, manage contacts, and change your status.
• As an office manager / administrator, you also get a Manage area for the whole account: users, auto attendants, call queues, time frames, music on hold, and call history.
