Set your status on Phoneware Edge

Your status tells the rest of your team whether you’re available, and can pair with your answering rules.

  1. Sign in at edge.phoneware.cloud (or open the WebPhone or SNAP Mobile app).
  2. Use the status control near your name to set yourself Available, Busy, Do Not Disturb, or Offline, and add a short note if you like.
  3. Teammates see your status next to your name and on any busy-lamp (BLF) key that monitors your extension.
