Set up your voicemail and greeting on Phoneware Edge

You can set up voicemail two ways on Phoneware Edge.

From your phone

1. Press the Message key (or dial your voicemail access code).
2. The first time, follow the prompts to set your voicemail PIN, record your name, and record your greeting.

From the web portal

1. Sign in at edge.phoneware.cloud and open the Messages tab.
2. Open Settings (the gear). Here you can:
   • Record or upload your greeting and recorded name.
   • Set or reset your voicemail PIN.
   • Choose how you are notified of new messages (see voicemail-to-email).
3. Play, save, forward, or delete messages from the Messages list any time.
