Reset a user's password on Phoneware Edge

  1. Sign in at edge.phoneware.cloud with an administrator login and open Users in the Manage area.
  2. Click the user, then open their profile / settings.
  3. Choose Reset password, either set a new one directly, or send the user a password-reset email so they can pick their own.
  4. Save.

Users can also reset their own password with the link on the sign-in page. This is the same portal password used for the WebPhone and SNAP Mobile app. A separate voicemail PIN is reset from the user’s voicemail settings.
