Park and retrieve a call on Phoneware Edge

Call park puts a caller on a shared hold that any phone can retrieve, handy for “I’ll grab that at my desk” or paging someone to a call.

Park a call

1. During the call, press your Park key (or transfer the call to a park orbit).
2. Note the orbit number the system announces or shows (for example, 701).

Retrieve a parked call

1. From any phone, dial the orbit number (for example, 701), or press the Park orbit key if your phone has one programmed.
2. You’re connected to the caller.
