Set up Music on Hold on Phoneware Edge

1. Sign in at edge.phoneware.cloud as an administrator and open Music on Hold in the Manage area (or a user’s own Music on Hold for just their calls).
2. Add a track to upload your own audio (an MP3 or WAV, for example a branded message or licensed music), or use the standard library.
3. Set the order and save. Callers on hold hear it right away.
