Enable or check international calling on Phoneware Edge

International dialing is controlled per user, so it’s off by default to prevent surprise toll charges.

1. Sign in at edge.phoneware.cloud as an administrator and open Users in the Manage area.
2. Open the user and check their calling permissions / dialing plan, this shows whether international dialing is allowed.
3. Enable or disable international calling for that user and save.

For fraud protection we recommend enabling international dialing only for users who need it. Phoneware can also set spending limits or restrict to specific countries, ask us.
