Turn on Do Not Disturb on Phoneware Edge

From your phone

  • Press the DND softkey (or key). Your phone shows a Do Not Disturb indicator and incoming calls go to voicemail. Press it again to turn it off.

From the portal

  1. Sign in at edge.phoneware.cloud and open Answering Rules.
  2. Enable Do Not Disturb on the active rule, or add a rule with Do Not Disturb for a specific time frame.

DND affects only your extension. Callers still reach your voicemail (or follow your answering rules), so they’re never left hanging.
