Access your call recordings on Phoneware Edge

If call recording is enabled on your account, recordings are available to authorized users.

  1. Sign in at edge.phoneware.cloud and open Call History; recorded calls show a recording/play icon you can listen to or download.
  2. For richer search, retention, and quality-review tools, use the MiaRec recording portal at phoneware.mysiprec.com with the login Phoneware provided.

Recording can be on-demand or always-on, with HIPAA, PCI, and retention controls. To turn recording on, change what’s recorded, or get access, contact Phoneware.
