View and export call history on Phoneware Edge
- Sign in at edge.phoneware.cloud. Open Call History (your own calls in the user portal, or the whole account in the Manage area).
- Filter by date range, user/extension, direction (inbound/outbound), or number to find what you need.
- Export the results to a CSV to open in a spreadsheet for reporting or billing review.
For scheduled reports and analytics beyond raw call history, ask Phoneware about the reporting options on Edge.
