Omni: Dealer Quotes and Customer Signing, Phoneware

Omni is Phoneware’s dealer portal for quotes and customer signing, now in an internal pilot with the Phoneware team. Dealers will be invited when Phoneware opens the pilot to them.

Invited representatives sign in through an emailed link and work with customer records assigned to their dealer. Quotes below the price floor need Phoneware approval before they can be sent.

Customers open a public QuoteLink to review and sign the quote, including on a phone. They don’t need an Omni account.

Products originate in Autotask. Phoneware ops confirm each product’s OneBill product and price-plan links before it can be quoted.

Once a customer signs, Omni creates an Autotask ticket with the quote’s charges and signed PDF. It creates or reuses the customer’s OneBill account and adds the order’s subscriptions. Later orders use that same account. Service provisioning and telephone number assignment remain with Phoneware ops.
