Find Any Call in Seconds with Advanced Filter

Your call history knows the answer. The hard part is finding it. Advanced Filter turns the basic Call History search into a real query tool, right inside the grid you already use.

Click into the Filters on the Call History page and switch from Basic to Advanced. Everything renders back into your normal call list, with your columns and your row actions, so nothing about your workflow changes except how fast you find things.

Search the way you actually think

  • Either party. Match a number whether it was the caller or the callee. No more running the search twice.
  • Partial and OR matching. Find every call touching a number, an extension, or a set of them, without needing the exact string.
  • Every column, combined. Build AND / OR conditions across duration, sentiment, topics, call reason, codec, and agent, department, or site. Ask “long calls to support last week that ended badly” and get exactly those.
  • AI-analyzed only. Narrow to calls that were scored for sentiment and topics when that’s what you care about.

Where it helps

  • Find that one call. A customer says they called Tuesday afternoon and spoke to someone in billing. Two conditions and it’s on your screen.
  • Spot the pattern. Filter to negative-sentiment calls by department to see where coaching would help most.
  • Pull a clean record. Export the matching calls, with transcripts, to CSV or JSON for a review, a dispute, or a report.

Because the results land in the native grid, you can play the recording, read the transcript, or take any action right there, the same as always.
