Phoneware Cloud-Based Telecom was established in 2010 as an outgrowth of Telephone Warehouse, a business-telephone systems integrator that has served thousands of organizations since 1982. Four decades of designing, installing, and supporting phone systems is the foundation everything else is built on.

Most cloud phone companies resell someone else’s platform. We run our own, Phoneware Edge, and we operate as a carrier. That makes us your telco, not a middleman. It’s why we can control reliability end to end, customize the system to your business, and build modern AI right into it.
