WebPhone
WebPhone is a browser application that allows users to utilize their computer as their office telephone. Users can make and receive phone calls, access messages, control their status, see the status of other users, and much more. To open the WebPhone, log into the portal, choose APPS then WebPhone. You can also install the WebPhone as an app. To do so, open the WebPhone, choose SETTINGS, and then choose INSTALL PWA. This will install an app on your computer which can be used to directly launch the WebPhone.
SNAP Mobile App
SNAPMobile is powerful software application for Android and iPhone that allows users to utilize their mobile device as their office telephone. Users can make and receive phone calls, access messages, control their status, see the status of other users, and much more. You will use the same username and password as your portal account.
When prompted for a HostID, enter the host ID that was included in your new user welcome email.
