1. Log into the manager portal at https://vps.phoneware.us. (requires user to have office manager or site manager user scope assigned)
  2. Click on the TimeFrames button.
  3. Click on the domain timeframe (typically this will be the first entry, and will display the name of the organization)
  4. Click on the Holiday(s) time frame.
  5. Confirm or edit the holiday observation dates and times and click SAVE.
  6. You might also have early closure holidays set, such as Christmas Eve. If so, look for a timeframe named “Holiday Early Closures” and if found, click on it to open it.
  7. Confirm or edit the early closure holidays and the closure time and click SAVE.
