Robust and Secure Data Center – The originating carrier for our VoIP service is Saddleback Communications, the incumbent local exchange carrier (ILEC) and the primary telephone company for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. This data center is located in Scottsdale at McKellips and Alma School roads. This state of the art facility is very well equipped with redundant and emergency backup systems, as well as disaster recovery features to insure it remains operational constantly.

Highest Quality – VoIP audio quality is affected by the complexity of the internet route between the VoIP phone and the VoIP servers at the data center. Since our data center is located in the Phoenix metro area, rather than at an out of state data center, we offer the lowest number of internet “hops” between our customers’ phones and the servers, resulting in the highest possible voice quality across the internet. Plus, our data center has direct network-to-network interfaces with Centurylink, Cox Communications, Integra Telecom, and other local carriers, to insure a direct, stable, and high-quality connection.
