Our new phone system exceeded our expectations. The ability to connect with our team members in remote offices as if they are an extension on one phone system is super. The simplicity of design, ease of installation, and intuitive commands made the conversion easy. Having voice messages transcribed to an email is a huge productivity booster. The audio quality on multiple caller conference calls is markedly better than our old system.
The PDA application that allows us to return and answer land line calls from our smartphones means that we will never miss that important client callback. The most pleasant surprise is that we get all this enhanced functionality, at a lower monthly net cost. My only regret is that I did not embrace this new technology sooner!

Using the new Phoneware Cloud-Based Telephone System is completely amazing! My favorite Phoneware feature is having my office land line paired with my cell phone. When my office phone rings, my cell rings at the same time. This is great when I am out of the office because I never miss a call, yet I can turn off the pairing when I don’t want to receive business calls on my cell giving me back my evenings and weekends. In addition I can go on-line 24/7 to program, activate or de-activate any of the features – similar to on-line banking but for my phone. Thank you PhoneWare for making my small business sound like a pro!
